This revolutionary and topical program exclusive to Champneys Springs club members can provide you with the tools and education to really elevate your thoughts, feelings and knowledge around menopause health focused on diet and lifestyle.

Starting on Monday 18th of March 2024, running for six weeks, generally from 6:30 pm - 8 pm, join our menopause fitness specialist Julie and Champneys nutritionist Natalie plus special guest presenters in a collaborative program, made up of one-to-one consultations and group sessions.

Programme Overview:

Prior to the course beginning you will attend an individual nutrition consultation, individual fitness consultation and vitamin and mineral test.

These will be scheduled at a time to suit you during the week commencing 11th March 2024.

These sessions are really important to attend and enable us to optimise the benefits you obtain through the course using bespoke dietary, lifestyle and activity recommendations tailored to you and your goals.

Week one:

  • Nutrition & Fitness Group Mix and Mingle: Join Julie and Natalie and our supportive community of women to show you don't have to navigate the ups and downs of menopause alone. Connect with like-minded women who understand what you're going through as you embark upon this enlightening course together. Share experiences, tips and encouragement in a safe empowering environment.
  • Menopause Magic Meditation workshop with Guest Presenter Sharron Miller - If you're ready to board the transformative journey through menopause, celebrate the power of change and reconnect with your inner self, this workshop of self-discovery, relaxation, and empowerment will help steer the beautiful transition into this new chapter of your life


Week two:

  • 45 minute interactive group seminar led by our Nutritionist: Menopause: supporting symptoms through diet and lifestyle.
  • 45 minute specialist menopause exercise session - covering basic exercises and their alternatives, including pelvic floor work


Week three:

  • 45 minute interactive group seminar led by our Nutritionist: Healthy Gut Healthy Body during Menopause
  • 45 minute specialist group fitness session focusing on - finding your balance, working on balance and stability


Week four:

  • Individual follow up nutrition consultation focussed around menopause; reviewing and progressing your bespoke nutrition and supplement program tailored to your needs and goals.
  • 45 minute interactive group seminar led by our Nutritionist: Menopause and weight management; the truth!
  • 45 minute specialist group fitness session focusing on - postural work and shoulder strength


Week five:

  • 45 minute interactive group seminar led by our Nutritionist: Nutrition and mental health- the link food and mood during menopause
  • 45 minute specialist group fitness session focusing on a yoga session to help de-stress and lower cortisol levels


Week six:

  • 45 minute interactive group seminar led by our Nutritionist: Menopause – managing the long-term health risks, through diet and lifestyle.
  • Closing group fitness session with Julie (30mins) and a one-to-one individual results round up (15 minutes).
