Having always been involved in Sport and Fitness since a young age, I always knew I wanted to do something within this industry. Helping people achieve their goals, is something I really enjoy doing, whether that's in a class environment or personal training. I specialise in women's personal training, whether that is if they want to lose weight or generally tone.
